More than ten years ago we decided the problem with Guatemala's legal market wasn't the lawyers — it was the service. We built the firm we would have wanted to hire.
Why we exist
An SME owner doesn't want to juggle five vendors who don't talk to each other.
When we started, we kept hearing the same sentence: "lawyers don't even answer us."
The problem was structural — independent lawyers taking on more than they could handle, big firms with no time for a small company, and a fee structure that was almost never clear upfront.
Asesoria Global was founded on a simple premise: to be the firm that does answer. That follows up. That charges fairly and says so before starting. That understands an entrepreneur or an SME owner has no time to chase a filing.
Ten years later, we added accounting and financial consulting to answer the other question we kept hearing: "could you also handle our bookkeeping?". Today we are one firm with three integrated practice areas serving the same client.

Before we start any work, you know the cost and what's included. We don't send invoice surprises. If something new comes up, we talk about it first.

We explain what you're signing, what you're risking and what you're gaining — in words any business owner understands. Law shouldn't be a secret code.

If it's not necessary, we tell you not to do it. We don't sell extra filings. We'd rather have you come back out of trust than overcharge you once.
